Privacy Policy

The Worklist LLC designs The Worklist to support organization-controlled work-management deployments. Data handling can vary depending on how an organization configures and hosts its Worklist environment.

Information handled by the app

The app may display or store work records, project information, workflow status, user-entered notes, photographs, documents, and other operational information provided through a configured Worklist deployment.

Local device storage and synchronization

The mobile app may store synchronized information locally on the device to support offline access. When connectivity is available, the app may exchange data with the Worklist desktop or server selected by the user or deploying organization.

Worklist LLC cloud services

The app is not designed to require routing organization work data through a Worklist LLC-operated cloud service by default. A deploying organization may choose its own hosting, identity, storage, email, or integration services, which are governed by that organization and the applicable service providers.

Sale of personal information

The Worklist LLC does not sell personal information.

Device permissions

Depending on the features used, the app may request access to the local network, camera, photos, or files so users can connect to a configured Worklist host and attach supporting information. Users control these permissions through iOS settings.

Retention and deletion

Operational data retention is generally controlled by the organization responsible for the Worklist deployment. Locally cached app data may be removed by deleting app data or uninstalling the app, subject to iOS behavior and any records already synchronized to the organization’s Worklist system.

Changes

This policy may be updated as The Worklist’s distribution and deployment options evolve. The current policy will be published at this URL.
